Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made on the website www.saitsrls.com (hereinafter the "Site") by users qualifying as Consumers pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The seller is:

1. Subject of the Contract

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer purchases the products offered for sale on the Site (hereinafter the "Products"), and the Seller undertakes to deliver them under the conditions set out below.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

• The publication of Products on the Site constitutes a mere contractual proposal.
• The order placed by the Customer via the cart represents a binding purchase offer.
• The contract is concluded when the Customer receives the "Order Confirmation" email from the Seller.
• The Seller reserves the right to refuse incomplete, suspicious, or non-compliant orders.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices shown on the Site are in Euros, VAT included (22% or reduced rate if applicable). They do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods are:

• PayPal (including "Pay in 3 interest-free installments" option where available and eligible)
• Advance bank transfer

For advance bank transfer, shipping occurs only after actual crediting. Bank details are provided on the "Payment Methods" page and in the order confirmation email.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Products are shipped within [insert: e.g., 1-3 business days] from order acceptance (or crediting for bank transfer).

Estimated delivery times: [e.g., 24-48 hours for Italy with express courier; 3-5 days for islands and disadvantaged areas].

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless specific promotions are indicated at checkout.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier (unless accepted with reservation).

5. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

The Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from receipt of the Products (art. 52 et seq. Consumer Code).

To exercise withdrawal, send written notice to infoline@saitsrls.com or via the standard form downloadable from the Site.

Products must be returned intact, in original packaging, with all accessories, within 14 days from withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Refund (including paid price, excluding initial shipping costs) occurs within 14 days from receipt of returned goods, via the same payment method used.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: customised goods, sealed items opened by the consumer (e.g., hygiene, software), perishable goods.

6. Legal Conformity Warranty

For Consumers: 24-month legal warranty for lack of conformity (art. 128 et seq. Consumer Code). The Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

To report defects, contact infoline@saitsrls.com within 2 months of discovery.

7. Liability and Limitations

The Seller is not liable for delays attributable to the carrier, force majeure, or improper use of Products.

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased Product.

8. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data are processed pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). See the privacy policy on the Site.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For disputes with Consumers: the competent court is that of the Consumer's residence or domicile (art. 66-bis Consumer Code). The EU ODR platform can be used: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10. Changes to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be effective from publication on the Site and will apply to subsequent orders.
