Shipping and Delivery
Shipments within Italy are handled by the courier BRT (Bartolini).
- Order processing and handover to courier: The goods are prepared and handed over to the courier normally within 2 working days from the order placement (or from receipt of payment, depending on the chosen payment method).
- Estimated delivery time: Delivery usually occurs within 24/48 working hours from the moment the parcel is collected by BRT (excluding public holidays, smaller islands and some disadvantaged areas such as parts of Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, where it may take 48/72 hours or more).
These times are indicative and not guaranteed, as they depend on the courier, the destination postcode, possible logistical delays, weather conditions or peak periods.

Delivery Method
Delivery is made **at street level** at the address provided during the order, from Monday to Friday during business hours (usually 9:00–18:00).
If the recipient is absent, BRT will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next working day or place the parcel in storage (normally for 5–7 working days). The recipient can reschedule the delivery, change the address or choose a BRT Fermopoint collection point using the BRT-code received.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the cart and at checkout and vary according to weight, volume, destination and any additional services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, force majeure events, strikes, public holidays or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Important note: Delivery times start from the moment the parcel is collected by the courier.
